I came to Moreno and Associates on the recommendation of a close friend, in regards to my petition for Citizenship for my mother. After attempting to complete the difficult process of petitioning for citizenship ON MY OWN with no legal help, my mothers' case dragged on for over 5 years and we hit road block after road block as many do during this process. Ed & Emma's reviews seem exactly on point in regards to this business. They represented me in a case from 2010-2013 and the whole time it was one big headache! Most of the staff speaks in a condescending manner and has an attitude. They were late on submitting some things and it delayed the case. I always had to harass them for updates, one lawyer in specific was always a a** and treated me like sh*t unless my husband was with me. Baker I believe his name was. Anyway they were able to have me keep my papers but I'm positive someone else could have done the job in a more professional

During one call he said I'm with a client and if I have time, I will look into your case. Unprofessional, unethical, unbelievable way of business.

My family was recommended to this place by a person we know from our home town. I am so disappointed that these people do not take their work seriously. You call to make an appointment and you show up on time and yet you still have to wait to see the attorney. When I first went to a consultation, they make the petition seem like such a big deal and really difficult, I guess it is just to justify their pricing.
