Services
The staff at Inspire Physical Therapy has a vast level of experience and knowledge working together with our local Anchorage Orthopedic Clinics and Surgeons rehabbing post surgical clients. Physical therapy is important to achieve pain relief and maximum restoration of range of motion and strength.
The first physical therapy appointment will be the initial evaluation and this session will last approximately one hour. During this time, you and your physical therapist will evaluate your condition, diagnose tissue involved and together create a treatment plan and goals. Any additional medical information that would be helpful for your therapist including xrays.

I’ve been going here for years for multiple reasons. They are the best! All the Dog love, and staff attentiveness is so homey. Yes the atmosphere is relaxing, but they make you want to do your best at the same time.

Inspire Physical Therapy has the most amazing staff. The skill and knowledge their team members have is almost unbelievable. Pain that I thought was permanent in my life. I found was not only treatable, but was noticeably better after just one visit and after a couple weeks of visits. Difference in my pain level was like night and day. I started going to them with no expectations just because my doctor said I needed to fill a six week physical therapy clause for insurance. I chose them because they were closest to my house. And feel fortunate to have found them. I've had physical therapy at

I saw Joe for physical therapy and Melissa for massage therapy back in 2016 with chronic back pain and went every week for a year or so and just had an amazing successful time getting my back, back to the way it needs to be; stronger and more functional in my daily life. Joe did a great job showing me home exercises to continue the strengthening and did good in clinic when I was there. Melissa was amazing too she couldn't have been more so as she always just seemed to know where my bad spots where and was always able to help with discomfort I had and along side Joe help keep my back in much

I have had pts in the past who have low standards for a “good enough” recovery. These guys understand that isn’t good enough and will help you push yourself back to a high level.

My physician recommended Inspire for physical therapy after total hip replacement last October. The staff was always very efficient and professional and the atmosphere at Inspire is more like family. With the excellent care and attention from my physical therapist, I am again back to my very active lifestyle. I highly recommend them for anyone needing this care.

After your initial visit, your therapist will be seeing multiple patients at the same time and won't listen to you when an exercise hurts too much. It's not worth $250 for the initial visit and $225 for all following visits. Go somewhere else.

SEEKING INSPIRE PHYSICAL THERAPY TO WORK REMOTELY. I am presently doing physical therapy on the Kenai Peninsula and am not receiving the high quality experience that I received when I recovered with Inspire Physical Therapy a few years earlier. The staff at Inspire Physical Therapy are able to balance an array of exercises with the appropriate amount of challenge that will strengthen your body and inspire your soul. Tiffany was my PT and worked directly with me on developing a program that was unique to my needs,as an active skier, looking to get back on the slopes. I appreciated some breathing

I started going to Inspire Physical Therapy this past winter for my shoulder and I am currently going there for post surgical care for the partial knee replacement I just had. I have had three previous knee surgeries as well as other injuries so I am quite familiar with physical therapists, I can say without a doubt that the physical therapists at Inspire are among the best I've ever seen. The physical therapists make sure you push hard enough to progress but not so much that you over do it. The care is individualized and varied which makes each session unique and challenging. If you are an athlete

Inspire Physical Therapy truly lives up to their name.... I started going there last spring after my second torn ACL in the past 14 months. Being active, healthy, and independent, it was very frustrating at first, but Tiffany and her staff were very attentive to my needs and helped me to get on track to living with a blown knee and focusing on other aspects of my life and the abilities that I still had. I started paying attention and chatting to other clients that were being helped simultaneously and realized how important physical therapy was in helping to cultivate a more positive mindset for

As a competitive athlete for well over a decade and a half, I've had many injuries, some of which have involved surgery and the dreaded PT. Having done (and disliked) PT on the Kenai Peninsula, Idaho and Colorado (some as a Division 1 Athlete) I was reluctant to try out a new place without a recommendation. Two friends and my doctor recommended this place to me and said it was really good. I am happy I took their advice. I ended up having a two part knee surgery, a year apart. Inspire was there for me the whole process. Always motivating, encouraging but patient. Tiffany demonstrated a depth of
