Position Summary: NC Innovations (I/DD) program is a Medicaid Waiver Program that trains and supports people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability. I can not describe how awesome, caring, compassionate, and professional this business is. They provided services for a family member of mine and was able to go way above and beyond to provide the best care. My family member suffers from developmental disabilities and the owners and employees thought outside the box to help and allow my family member to succeed. The whole team there was able to help when others were not. They were very responsive, helpful, truthful, and supportive. This company is so awesome and goes above and beyond with their employees and providing services to those who have developmental disabilities. I have worked for Still Family for over 3 years and I must say that this company has their ducks lined up. Super people doing a great job helping others live a better quality of life.
