Born and raised in Van Wert, Ohio, Dr. Jessica Jeffery-Mohr was very excited to return to her hometown and practice dentistry.

Our friendly staff is excited to meet you when you walk in the door and provide the best care to you and your family. We strive to provide our patients with the highest quality dental care whether it's preventative, restorative, or cosmetic. We are a Van Wert Dental Office that has been serving Van Wert and the surrounding areas (Convoy, Willshire, Rockford, Paulding, Payne, Antwerp, Delphos, Milddlepoint, and Spencerville) for over 35 years.
Everyone needs high quality dental care; however, in most cases there are different options available to give you a healthy smile. Dr. Carl and Dr. Jessica, along with their team, work very hard to give you all of the information to enable you to select the best option for you and your family.
Once Dr. Jeffery or Dr. Mohr has determined that treatment is needed, the staff will give a printed copy that will show the patient portion and the insurance portion.We do not require you to pay the full amount. Only the amount not paid by your insurance. If you have more than one treatment option, the doctor or staff will explain the different options and allow you to determine which treatment plan you prefer.

Dr. Jessica Mohr and Dr. Carl Jeffery have a passion to help fight the number one disease in U.S. children - tooth decay. Both doctors see and treat children on a regular basis and enjoy working with them. Both doctors firmly believe that the fight against tooth decay can be won!
They contribute to the fight during National Children's Dental Health Month in February by visiting local preschools and schools in the area to provide information about proper dental hygiene and diet and provide a tooth brushing kit.However, the most exciting aspect for the children is the $100 smile coloring contest!

Jeffery-Mohr Dentistry of Van Wert is excited to be a presenting sponsor for 2 shows this season at the PAC. The Very Hungry Caterpiller and The Sound of Music are both presented by Jeffery-Mohr Dentistry. We hope that everyone has a chance to enjoy at least one of the amazing shows offered this season.
