Prism Real Estate Services, LLC (PRES) was founded in 2012 to provide first class management, maintenance, and accounting services for our growing multifamily investment portfolio. Since then, our management services have grown to include office, residential, retail and industrial properties for our own portfolio, as well as third party clients.

In addition, PRES affiliate services have expanded from investment services to include maintenance services, construction services as well as lawn and landscape services, providing for vertical integration and value add for our investors and clients. PRES' guiding principles insure integrity, exceptional customer experiences, and steadfast attention to detail at every level, as a way of normal business practice.

The Mission of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC is to improve the lives of people in our communities, one property at a time. We are a Kansas City based property management company seeking motivated team players for the management and maintenance of our properties. Prism Jeans Day began in 2016 in an effort to provide financial support to various local and national non-profit organizations. Prism Real Estate Services employees are invited to wear jeans on the first Friday of every month for a $5.00 donation. These funds are donated monthly to a charity. The Mission of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC is to improve the lives of people in our communities, one property at a time.
Merriam Lane Business Center is conveniently located on Merriam Lane with highway access to both I-635 and I-35. The business center features a mix of drive-in and dock bays to meet the needs of a variety of tenants. The property can accommodate spaces ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet.

I don't leave reviews for the following.I think what a review is made they don't take it seriously.Also I been Here for 10+years I have seen 8 different companies own Roanoke.
Reason one why I won't recommend Here the door bells don't work
Been prosming door bells for the last 5 years .quote its in work's and mean while your pagakes go missing.
Two I was take by a neighbor and they were a where of the problems on property.when they problem got horriblely wrong . Another famous quote is your the only one that's is the problem.
Three: thier are no safety on property not even pretend cameras

Would give this company negative stars if possible!
I had lots of issues with management mainly. They staff are incredibly rude and will say one thing and do another. It took months to get simple things fixed, and those were only fixed Bc I kept asking about it. The management will filter calls and ignore emails. The units are overpriced for the quality and the “upgrades” are very cheaply done.
Additionally, the minimum I ever paid for electric was $100 and that was for a month where the ac/heat was off all month. The typical bill was upwards of 200$, for both a 1 bed and a 2 bed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Since living in a complex owned by this place I've had nothing but bad experiences. From roaches to outdated windows not closing properly. To my air being out for not one but TWO months and they finally JUST fixed it, before that putting in atleast 13 maintenance requests for it to be fixed. Would not recommend living anywhere owned and managed by this real estate company!

Overcharged me $554 for my last months rent and have still not refunded me. They are actually “ghosting” me. I can not reach anyone at the complex I rented at nor the offices in Overland. To add to it, in hopes to save future renters the trouble, they did not have a maintenance employee which left our apartment without water pressure in the kitchen for almost 2 months along with our AC being out for just as long. Service orders were put in and nothing was done. I have testimonies from other residents as well in the complex of Parkway Commons that have shared the same horrendous experience I

Too many issues to note. I never thought I'd write a bad review for any company... but if this keeps just one person from having to deal with Prism then it will be worth it. Maintenance, billing, responsiveness, random fees, lease clauses, you name it. I will never live in one of their properties again. They took over our apartment complex and it has been a terrible experience. The previous management company (Krugh Realty-- highly highly recommend) was amazing simply because they treated us like people and really cared about their properties and their residents. Been living in one of their properties for a few years now. Since they took over the place I live has gone down hill which is so sad. There is outside lights all over and all we here is the HOA is responsible for it. So I have to worry about my wife and kids walking outside at night. If you put a work order in you might as well figure out a way to live with the problem because trust me it won’t get fixed or if it does it will be fixed wrong. I'm a college student who was only coming down here for a short term lease. I wasn't expecting to have to endure such terrible management from the leasing team. Constant change in management lead to miscommunication and were never on the same page as me. If you are young and are coming for a short time, just know that they will try and take advantage of you for not knowing any better. Because I didn't give 60 days notice on a 3 month lease that I paid in front, I now have to pay 5 months of rent for a 3 month lease. They knew the whole time that I was only here for the Summer for an internship

Here is another complaint about one of your properties, BROOKWOOD Village. The manager there is clueless. Re-signed my 3rd year lease, never had issues with the old manager. This guy can never seem to give me a straight answer on "pro-rate" fees!! I am never late on any of my bills and they are paid in full. I will not sign a 4th year if he is the manager when my lease

This is a review from the professional side of things. I was in training at this location for a new property manager position I was hired for in Lawrence, KS. A staff member from these offices took it upon themselves to call the manager that had hired me, and had me "let go" after two days of training. This was because I was a student. I would need to attend class on my lunch breaks, and apparently they were unwilling to work with that AFTER they told me I got the position. These offices are unprofessional, and I don't recommend working with them in any instance. Education should be held at a higher

There are several issues with this management company..I will start with the top one: they have no regard for their tenants or the best interest for them
Getting a hold of anyone with even a low dose of knowledge on properties, or the rental process is like asking a dog to talk.
Some of the associates proved to be extremely unprofessional when asked basic questions, such as: how to pay rent.
