I worked with Chuck Connealy and he knowingly worked on behalf of a landlord who treats their tenants horribly. The lease had specific protective tenant clauses taken out ON PURPOSE to ensure the landlord would not have to provide basic necessities (i.e. heat in the winter). Never trust these deceitful people.
