Services
Steffanie Long received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health Sciences for Dietetics from Indiana University Bloomington. During college she obtained her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification for personal training and then continued her education, with Corrective Exercise Specialization.
We offer in-home personal training programs that are designed to fit your individual needs. We help you set realistic goals and give you the confidence to achieve them in a comfortable and positive environment. Ergonomics is the study of the body's efficiency in a work environment. Our posture and work-tool position can lead to chronic pain and injury.

Every training is totally individualized. It's challenging, but not punishing. I've worked in person and on zoom and both work out perfectly. Workouts are varied and focus on strength, flexibility, cardio, and for me balance has also been important. Time goes by fast and I feel great afterwards.
