This place had some of the best rates while we were looking for places and the room was clean. The front office usually had towels available but when we had asked for additional sent to the room, sometimes they would not arrive or not in the quantities we asked. I understand they were understaffed like most businesses so I didn't want to fault them for that, and all of the staff were very helpful and had positive attitudes. I would be happy to come back.

Arrive yesterday afternoon about an hour before I could check-in and was hoping to check-in early. Had a couple waiting to check-in as well, but notice no one was at the front desk. We all were standing in the lobby looking at each other all confused and called out a couple times for help. All of a sudden, we heard loud snoring from the back room. Each of us yelled out a couple times more but nothing again. A lady from the Denny’s next door walked in asking if someone was up front and we said no but it sounds like someone is sleeping in the back. She got up and went to the back room and saw the

3-5 stars
5 stars because the room was clean, the pool was clean, you got a small breakfast every morning for 2 pp
at Dennys next door with the option to buy more at a discount if you had more people. The staff was nice.
When we got there early they let us park there.
3 stars because it was a much longer walk to Disneyland than we thought , about 1 1/4 miles to entrace. A shuttle even for a small price would have been nice. ( we are older and don't know how to do uber)
They never came to change towels or give soaps while being there for a week. They put us in a handicap room we didn't need

Kept $100 after checking in, and 5 minutes later checking out after seeing the old, dated, and musty smelling rooms.
Before you type the generic “I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay” response, how about you do the right thing and refund the money taken from us? I would be happy to edit or delete my review..

Very affordable. We stayed on Labor Day weekend and only payed $155 a night. Only 15min walk to Disney Theme Park. Very clean, because of covid there's no housekeeping but you can ask for extra towels and toiletries. My kids had fun in the pool and we were able to see Disney's fireworks from the pool. They include 2 vouchers per day for breakfast at Dennys and grab and go breakfast from the front desk, it includes a cutie, water bottle, Granola bar, and hunny bun. Absolutely satisfied with the service and staff everyone was really friendly specially the lady in the laundry room.

Reasonably priced hotel that's 1.1 miles away from Downtown Disney. The room was perfect. Microwave and fridge for food, nothing broken, rocking AC. I haven't tried the pool, but my boyfriend said it's a salt water pool, and that with the hot tub eased his muscles from walking so much.

Nice for the price. Affordable for SoCA standards and good value. Includes breakfast. Near Disney. Nice-sized pool. Staff friendly and welcoming and understanding. Not a high-end hotel, but enough to get a good night's sleep on a comfy bed w/a fridge, microwave, tv, & AC. Laundry and ice machine. They provide breakfast for 2 at the Denny's next door which was a nice surprise. Allows you to pick 3 options from the list provided. If you're on a budget and in the area, or even between the beach and other SoCA areas, a decent hotel to stay at, and I've been to QUITE a few in the last couple weeks.

I booked a room for my husband, daughter and myself based on proximity to Disneyland and the number of good reviews. And honestly, I wish we’d stayed elsewhere. For one thing, the water pressure/shower head was AWFUL. The AC unit was ineffective, and located all the way across the room from the beds, so good luck getting much air flow while you sleep. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The sheets were super scratchy. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and filled with leaves/dirt. The carpet was old and filthy and needed a good deep cleaning or replacing. And during our first night
