Kevin and Doug have been fantastic to work with! My mother recently passed and my husband and I decided to move into her home and rent our townhome. We had no idea what we were doing though. In stepped Kevin and Doug. They walked us through each step, gave us valuable insight as we made decisions, and supported us on this crazy and emotional journey. Kevin was highly recommended by my sister who used him previously to buy and sell her home in Anaheim. Kevin is such a pro, he got me the best home and made the whole transaction am breeze. When it came time to sell there is no one else I would rather have than him. Again during the covid crisis kevin got me top dollar in 5 days while my neighbors house went vacant for over a month.
