We have several payment options available to you, but please note that we are unable to offer payment plans. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Care Credit is a credit card for medical expenses for humans and pets. It just takes 5 minutes to complete an application.

In addition to nutrition and weight management, oral care is another component that plays a part in a cat's overall health. By lessening plaque buildup and stopping the plaque from forming dental tartar, you can prevent or control periodontal (gum) disease in your cat. Cat owners are all too familiar with that distinctive sound that cats making when trying to expel a hairball, often in the middle of the night.
While more common in dogs, cats also suffer from deadly heartworm infestation. Heartworms, spaghetti-like white creatures, can measure 1-foot long and cause an inflammatory response in your pet's heart and lungs. Fleas and ticks are very common in animals with fur. They hop onto your cat and make their way to the skin of the animal, where they proceed to feed on your pet's blood.

Dr. Shipley and her team were absolutely amazing with my pitbull Scout. He had stage 1 pneumonia and she caught it in the early stages so it didn't get any worse. She cared for him like he was one of her own. Didn't get nickel and dimed one bit. X-rays and meds for Scout were a good price compared to other clinics. Highly recommend Dr. Shipley and her team.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this place. They coordinated getting my dog from the boarding place we left him him in order to give him the shots he needed to play with other dogs, had the whole thing figured out by the time we got off our plane. And they were incredibly helpful during my dog's fight with leukemia.

Scam!!! They nickel and dime you on everything!! I love my pets more than humans but if you dont want to be homeless with a pet, don't go here at all!! 5 bucks just to throw away a needle... every other place doesn't do that and we have asked. Ridiculous the price they charge and then don't tell you about it!!! You are better off going the distance to a better vet. 30 years I've had animals and never have I had an experience like this... just Ridiculous.

This is the most horrible experience I have had to deal with my poor cat, she has terrible anxiety and they were not Accommodating at ALL. I was trying to explain it would be easier if I could carry her in because of her anxiety, I was told because we were 1min late that I couldn’t come in but someone else pulls up with there pet and walks right in. The staff is rude and is not clear on protocol I was told one thing by staff and something completely different by vet. And all of this was done via phone. I would not under any Circumstance would refer anyone at all to this place

I took my dog for a pre-neuter consult. I called before hand to inquire about costs, as vets in my experience tend to be desperate for money and try to pad their bills massively in order to make a buck. While I understand the desperation as they don't tend to make much, I also don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I discussed with the person when I called my dogs' needs and what the situation was, and was given a quote. When I got to the clinic, I had to wait in my car - both for filling out paperwork and after completing it. Seems that this animal clinic is not in tune with

I took my precious 16 year old Siamese cat there. She was sick and had an abcess on her tail. They were so sweet with her. Gave her a
shot of antibiotic and took care of her! Did not break the bank either!! Absolutely wonderful!! .I'll be back with the other four Siamese for shots and check ups! I absolutely recommend this animal hospital!!! I give them a 10!!

We're new to the area and have had a few emergency situations where our dog Tally has needed to be seen. They always get us in right away. The staff members are super friendly and try put her at ease when treating her since we can't go in due to Covid restrictions. Her last emergency appointment was Christmas Eve and they still squeezed us in to exam her. The vet took the time to answer all my questions on the phone. She was very nice and thorough. We've moved a few times since our dogs were puppies and by far this has been the best vet experience we've had. So happy to have

I have been in the area at least 10 years and have used multiple vets from the area; but H.A.C. has by far been the best and most reasonable. Their facility is modest by some measure but always clean, sterile and ready for any emergency. We have taken different dogs there that we have gotten at different stages of their lives / they were all rescue dogs. My grandson when in town takes his dog there also. All employees are caring and patient with our animals. Thanks again Frank Mrozek

Watch your wallet... They will only allow medications to be bought from them.. You cannot buy pets med's online as they will not verify prescriptions.. I asked them about it specifically before I switched vet offices. They said yes and then few months later they refused it. All after taking money for 1st visit. Don't go there if you want deal with people that keep their word.

I had THE best experience with Dr. Henderson and her caring team. She was warm and friendly with both me and my anxious rescue dog. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and clearly stays up to date with current veterinary medicine and research. Despite a 30 minute drive from my home, I will undoubtedly continue to bring my dog to Dr. Henderson for her care and expertise. I would highly recommend this veterinary team to any pet owner.

I have been taking both my dogs into Huntley Animal Care this past month. Both of my dogs are being treated with medical baths due to an infection my new puppy brought in the house. They are very friendly and treat both my dogs very kindly. I trust them with taking care of my animals during their long scheduled visits. We needed emergency assistance for our geriatric 150# Mastiff. After we were not able to receive service from our primary veterinarian and 6 other "at home" pet service companies, we reached out to Huntley Animal Care. Not being a patron of theirs, we were going out on a limb calling to see if they could make a house visit in our dyer situation.
To our surprise (and relief) Bianca, the front end receptionist, acted sympathetic and quickly to help us. Dr. Henderson and her staff were extremely compassionate to our situation. We had never meet these people before and they were so caring

I took advantage of my first free visit and I'm glad I did cause we enjoyed our visit, the technicians are very nice and welcoming, Dr. Gill was very helpful to my pitbull, and with that being said, we found our vet! My puppy had an allergic reaction/bacterial infection, and Dr. Gill was able to narrow down probable causes during the early stages and provide a solution for us to prevent from worsening conditions. Happy puppy, happy life!
