Beginning this summer, we are offering Private Yoga sessions that can be integrated into massage treatment or offered as stand-alone sessions. Massage is a form of relaxation and healing.

During a treatment, we can rehabilitate physical injuries, balance muscular and structural support and increase circulation. We use Energy work, including healing touch and emotional balancing, for more subtle body relaxation and transformation. I think Dianna is a wonderful massage therapist. Given that she is also a yoga instructor she knows well the human body and knows a variety of techniques depending upon the needs of the client. She is also extremely pleasant and I very much look forward to our weekly summer sessions.
