These people know what they are doing as they have been in the business for three generations. I strongly believe in small family businesses especially for my valuable items since you have chance to have informative chats with the owner besides getting good service. They made me love my rugs more than ever! I found them unfortunately after I let a commercial rug cleaning company ruined the shine of one of my rugs. Don’t make my mistake and talk to these guys first before going anywhere else. You will come back to them eventually.

Small operation but do a good job on the rugs. Small staff so make sure you call ahead so that someone will be there.

They seem to be more focused on their herb business than the carpet work. The left my carpet hanging in the sun for a month and ruined it! Asked for a refund on the cleaning charge, was told it would be done. But the refund never happened after two requests.
They are not very honest or reputable!

Oriental Rug Pros provides great service! We had a damaged rug and an unraveling runner repaired , cleaned and appraised. We also had several other rugs cleaned and appraised. They sell wonderful under rug pads so the rugs won't slide on wood floors. I can't speak highly enough about Daniel and the service he provides. Colors that were muted or almost lost reappeared. His appraisals are fair, complete and reasonable as well. Well worth the cost and trip from anywhere in San Diego County.

We are so pleased with the services we received at Oriental Rug Pros! We have three original Turkish runners (from Kusadasi) that date back to 2000 and had only been cautiously cleaned once many years ago. We were very concerned about having them cleaned due to our personal attachments to them.

Dan, Mona, and their staff 'hit the ball out of the park'! The rugs are pristine and we are very grateful! Dan's Team is conscientious and professional. We intend to use them again for other area rugs that will be due for cleaning soon.

Daniel at Oriental rug pros was very good about explaining to me what my rug needed
done how it wood probably turn out. The rug had some very questionable spots on it and I
was worried they might not come out. The price quoted seemed high at the time, but I
liked the rug and decided to take a chance. Daniel was able to get all the spots out and
the rug came out looking brand new. I was so impressed. It was a classic case of you

My basement office flooded on april 10 and i called dan at oriental rug pros, who had cleaned my karastan oriental rug several years ago. even with the coronavirus limitations he was able to get to my house in a few hours and pick up the rug for cleaning. his prices are fair and the work is excellent quality.

These guys are great. I have taken many rugs to them over the years including wool rugs, silk rugs and they have even repaired a needlepoint rug for me. They do a great job every time. They are always on time if they need to pick up and/or deliver a rug. And, when they deliver, they get it back exactly where it needs to be - no matter how big it is. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough positive about Dan and his team at Oriental Rug Pros. They are beyond knowledgeable about Oriental carpets whether you need an opinion, appraisal or to just have them cleaned. He's been in the business over 30 years and knows his stuff! He and his team are top drawer when it comes to customer service too.

They did a good job in the past on 5 rugs--one had some bleeding--but I left a rug with them on late September and Justin has not returned my calls or texts. I stopped by and could not see the rug anywhere around. We are pretty disappointed and really liked that little red Afghan war rug...

Thorough, professional and my rugs never looked better since the first day I brought them home! I just had four rugs cleaned and two of those repaired. The repairs are meticulous. The rugs are spotless. I recommend them so highly that I just sent two more of my own rugs for cleaning and one of those is also getting a repair.
