Chris Shaw grew up in the carpet cleaning business, literally. His mom used to answer the phones for K&L Chem-Dry in Tucson, as he worked as a helper on Saturdays during the school year when he was in high school, and full time over the summer. These years helping his family friends in the business prepared him for a future as a successful Chem-Dry owner.
Chris realized that working for a Chem-Dry business was his passion, and wanted to dedicate himself to the field and truly pursue it. Following high school, Chris moved to Las Vegas and started working for Southwest Chem-Dry as a carpet technician.

I got my carpets cleaned a second time by BnK Chem-Dry. The first time was 2 years ago but after this second experience I don't think I'll be using them again. Speaking on this last experience, I feel their prices are very overpriced for what you get. It was $292 for my upstairs (4 bedrooms (of which 2 are pretty small), a hallway and stairs. I chose the basic pricing package and this price also included a $25 coupon I found on their website.
It took them a total of an hour to be in and out of here, including setup/prep. There were 2 guys and both were nice, I don't have any complaints

I bought some beautiful upholstered dining room chairs that were in desperate need of a cleaning. Chris really brought them back to life! He also treated them with stain guard. A couple of moths ago our little niece spilled half a bottle of ya o sauce on one and it came out with our small shampoo cleaner! Calling him back to do our carpets.

After getting yet another oil stain on our very light-cream upholstered dining chairs, I finally decided to get them professionally cleaned. Other reviews for BnK Chem-Dry included some great before and after photos of upholstery. I forgot to take photos of our chairs, but BnK was great to work with from my first phone call to our service appointment with Chris. The chairs look great now, and Chris even gave me tips on how to clean them myself in the future.

About 2 years ago I found Bnk Chem-Dry here on Yelp and tried them to clean a 8x10 area rug. The quote they gave me over the phone was doubled when they came to our home. I regret accepting the quote and using them. It was bait and switch. Price I paid to clean rug was nearly what it cost. Why did I use them? Was tired of trying to get quotes. I DO NOT recommend Bnk Chem-Dry. The attitude of the guy was non-empathetic. The job they did was okay. So funny, Bnk Chem-Dry sends me cards to "call us again" all the time. Never again!

I called several companies for carpet cleaning and ended up going with BnK.
The technician Drew showed up right on time and gave me a courtesy call as well.
Drew was professional and told me exactly how he invoices for carpet cleaning. His job was thorough and I am happy I used them.
I'll be using BnK in the future when I need carpet cleaning.

After my terrible experience with Zerorez, I am so glad I called ChemDry! I had four antique Turkish rugs I needed cleaned, and ChemDry was a third the cost of their competitors for the same service. They didn't give me a bogus quote but scheduled an appointment to give me a quote.
The staff was nice and upfront and they were able to do the other small job I scheduled to spot clean a carpet upstairs. The only hiccup was they didn't call me when my rugs were done and I had to check in, but they were able to get them deliver to me within two days of my call. Things are weird right now

B n K came to my place yesterday and did an absolutely amazing job. They were on time were professional, punctual and gave me options on what I might want with no pressure sales. I was very happy with how my furniture and rug came out.
