Trans Construction is a family owned business offering commercial and residential asphalt paving and grading. Our focus is quality, and we strive to provide our clients with a finished product that exceeds their expectations. If you are a residential client with a small driveway or if you have a commercial property, we bring the same quality standard no matter the size or scope of the job.
CLEARING AND GRADING OF LAND: We clear and grade land, build driveways, haul off debris, remove excess dirt and brush, and make sure the land is suitable for proper water drainage. We also install culverts or do whatever is necessary to help facilitate correct water flow. Unit prices for labor, costs per hour of machines, and a time approximation per job is provided in our proposals.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive an estimate after my initial contact? A: It is our goal to provide estimates to all clients within one week of the initial inquiry. Estimates can be done early in the morning or late in the evenings to better accommodate the client's schedule. Written proposals are normally submitted promptly after the job is estimated.

I see I am the third person to review this business. The first, a Mr. Streeter, reviewed the business about two years ago, rated it a 5 out of 5, and indicated good workmanship and that he was very satisfied. From Mr. Streeter’s review, it is clear Trans Construction is capable of good work.
The next review, from three months ago, is from a Mr. Jenkins Ravenel, who rated the business a 1 of 5, the lowest rating you can give. I concur with Mr. Ravenel, I too rate the business a 1 of 5.
