I normally go to the service area at LB Smith but i decided to go to the quick lane today. Had Bob Yonkers as my advisor and he was so nice to me. He showed me my filters (i know about my cabin filter needed to be replace since i had it checked out before i went on a trip back in Oct). He was one of the best quick lane advisor i ever work with. I will be going back there if i can't get into the service area at LB Smith!!!

Called the team at LB Smith due my dealer canceling my oil change due to labor issues. They transfered my to Quick Lane which is a sister service center of theirs. Their team took me without an appointment, did an oil change, fixed a nail in my tire/ rotation and replaced my air filters in 81 minutes with a car wash included free.
Best service ever. Will use them going forward.

Went in to get new tires, now my car shakes every time I break and coolant is pouring out of my car. They had the car from 10am till 5pm and determined that there were things wrong with my car so they couldn’t offer everything that the package came with. When that was determined the original price did drop but now I’m stuck with two problems I didn’t have before and when I called they told me all they did was change the tires when they actually did a lot more. I should of known better than to go to a tire shop attached to major dealership.

Called with an emergency on my Lincoln and Jared was able to help me out. I called from the highway that I needed a new tire and his team was super busy and couldn’t grab it. He offered to go get the tire for me. He was super awesome and provided high quality customer service. The repair ended up not being a tire and Bob was able to give me a refund, well that’s after he fought with the computer for like 30min. Anyway, great job guys!
