Soon after becoming an apprentice in the HVAC Industry, I knew that this was the type of work for my lifestyle. No time clock, traveling to different jobsites, working with my hands and being challenged. I was a hard worker, enthusiastic, enjoyed learning the trade and soon became a valued journeyman.
Involved in an unsteady field, I worked for many different companies, some of them more than once, learning different concepts along the way. I decided to further my education by taking Air Conditioning and Refrigeration courses at Orange Coast College, then obtained my State Contractors License to start my own business.

I called a few days ago and set up an appointment for July 6 between 10:00 am and 11:00 to get my A/C up and running. They called today, Thursday July 1, after 6:00 PM, and say they can't come out for at least TWO WEEKS? Thanks so much Hurley Air Conditioning for this last minute notice. I am so busy tomorrow, there is no way I can start calling other people. Why did they wait two full days and call after 6:00 PM to tell me they don't have time to come? How can they be that screwed up with their schedule? I would never recommend this company to anyone. You can't trust them

I got referred to this company by my co-worker. Reached out and got an estimate for our AC replacement. We were weighing our options and reached out to the owner Chris via call, text and email for a few questions/clarifications about the estimate. He said he would call me back and NEVER did. It is unprofessional and i bring my business somewhere else.

The interior fans were working, but no cool/hot air was coming out of my vents. I put off the fix for a long time bc several companies have quoted $1k+, but the recent heat was unbearable and I was willing to pay any cost for some cool air. I first emailed, then called later in the evening and by the morning, I received a reply from Chris. He requested text and when I did, I got a call within 2 minutes. No joke. Chris basically diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through, step by step on how to fix the problem. In less than 10 min, it was fixed!!! Crisp cool air was coming out of

Chris is a rare type of contractor: passionate about his work, returns calls, shows up when he says, and fair In price. We had him install a new system as well as a ductless system and both installs were seamless. Chris goes the extra mile and thinks about multiple angles and offers ways to help make the system more efficient. Highly recommend!

Hurley Air installed my hvac unit 14 years ago. My unit was not getting cold and Chris Hurley was able to come and quickly identify the bad component and had a spare on his truck. He had me up and repaired within an hour. Thanks for the great communication and fitting me in so quick. You guys are the best!

We had Chris come out to provide an estimate to install the A/C in our new construction in Costa Mesa. His informative and friendly demeanor combined with a competitive estimate sold us, and we scheduled the install for the following Saturday (bonus for Saturday installs!). Chris and his helper (Cody?) showed up on time, worked diligently, and did a great job of addressing our questions and concerns. They finished earlier than expected and took the time to help us understand how to get the most out of our 2-unit system. Before speaking to Chris, other contractors were dishonest and gave me a ridiculous price! Chris provides honest pricing and what actually needs to be done to fix your HVAC. I needed a brand new HVAC and thought it would take all day. I was wrong! Chris showed up at 7am and finished all in just 3 hours also installing two smart thermostats and serviced the condenser. He then serviced my two neighbors house the same day and provided competitive pricing! He is very professional and I will not be seeking anyone else to touch my HVAC system except for Chris.

I first met the owner Chris Hurley 3 yrs ago when spotted his truck working at a neighbors installing air conditioner. I asked for a free estimate on heater and a/c repairs. He was very kind, soon arrived and gave me an estimate one fifth the price of a prior estimate. I was skeptical until speaking with him and it was clear he's an honest man takes pride in his workmanship. He came back a day later with his polite helper and fixed several things cost me about $200.
The work looked perfect with better looking metal hose connectors. No one could do any better work than this company
