Dentistry actually runs in Dr. Kuan's family - his dad had a dental office (first started by his grandfather) that he spent some time working in during his college years and for a little while after graduation. While in his junior year of college, Dr. Kuan realized that he didn't want to ignore his love of science and changed his major from computer science to biology.

I came to this office for a routine cleaning, I had no pain. The dentist convinced me I needed several fillings and was able squeeze me in that same day. Days after, I was in an incredible amount of pain and was unable to eat.I returned and was told the fillings were uneven and so he filed them down. The pain did not subside and I had to return a second time. Again, I was told the fillings were botched. Unfortunately, the pain did not go away after my second follow-up and I had to see a new dentist. Save your money.

This office staff is amazing, even amongst the COVID-19 scare that this still going on. Myself and my 8 year old son are first time clients, and my son has never visited a dentist before. I tried to prep him for what would be happening, but as we all know, we have had bad experiences that you just don't tell your kids about. NO BAD EXPERIENCE HERE!!!! They allowed me and my son to share a room and me go first. So easy! The dental assistant and Dr. Kuan answered all of his questions so a kid would understand and never spoke down to him. They were gentle and made sure that both of us

Awesome dental office in Royce city!!! I love their hours and the staff is so friendly. They have an amazing doctor who is very gentle and you can't even feel the needles when they numb you. Also they do wisdom teeth extractions even on Saturdays! Will definitely be coming back and recommend to everyone I know!!

I called in to make an appointment the girl on the phone was really nice ! I came in expecting it to be a nice visit . The two main girls I seen upon entering were not friendly , not rude but just not friendly . The girl that took my X-rays was Rude! She acted like she didn't want to do my X-rays and was rough . The doctor was good I don't know her name . She wasn't very thorough and didn't solve my issue but i plan on going in to another dentist. if your staff isn't welcoming then people won't come back . Like me I won't be back. I like to think I'm a

The worst dental experience i have ever had at a dental office. Where do I begin?? First of all you should take in to consideration that they discount your bill if you write them a good review, so that explains the good reviews. I took my son in and it went well, and then I had a cleaning and filling. They botched the filling and I couldn't eat at all on one side of my mouth. The tooth had no pain before they worked on it. I went back and they basically told me that the pain had nothing to do with the work they had done. They did not take any responsibility. I couldnt even eat lettuce or cold
