So disappointing. Came for my daughter's exam and x-rays. She got an x-ray of ONE tooth. I asked for Nitrous by phone and in person for her exam and was assured it wasn't a problem. My daughter came out without having Nitrous and was very upset and I had to calm her down. What a waste of time. Front desk completely dropped the ball and did not communicate to staff what we wanted and needed. Now I have to find yet another dentist that actually does FULL x-rays and has staff that knows how to communicate.

Took our sweet girl for her 1yr check up this is our second visit the staff is outstanding very welcoming and the dentist is amazing she did so wonderful with checking her baby teeth even though she was having fit . Dental hygienist was also great she comforted her while I was talking with dentist.

My two daughters (7 and 2) have come to this location and it was a great experience for both of them. The front office is friendly! When I went, Leo was great at taking X-rays, which you know bites! 🤣 He was also very knowledgeable and explained a few things he saw which the dentist confirmed. The pediatric dentist was great!

I go to Both Terrell and Kaufman Locations.. Amazing in Both Dentistry and Orthodontist!! Affordable AND such nice people. Great with kids. Never hesitation in getting my daughter in, even if it just for a minor detail.. HIGHLY Recommend 5 OUT OF 5!!! Dr Adams is the best Orthodontist, I have older children that needed braces and this experience is a way better experience!! Much more informed
