We established our law firm with the belief that small firms are better able to provide the personalized attention clients want and deserve. Since that time, our practice has continued to grow as we have helped hundreds of people in the greater Sacramento and Bay areas. Our Elk Grove attorneys and legal staff have delivered exceptional results and handled numerous types of matters for clients.
Attorney Norma Samra earned a law degree from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986. Immediately following her graduation, Norma became an Associate Attorney at the firm Mentz, Finn, Clarke, & McDowell. There, she specialized in administrative law, primarily handling workers' compensation defense cases.
Attorney Leah Parrrish-Pane graduated from Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2018. Upon being admitted, she has worked exclusively in Family Law and strives to bring a huge amount of empathy to her practice as the legal system can be daunting enough; especially when clients are going through one of the hardest times in their lives.

I contacted this law office and advised I would be interested in acquiring them as my lawyer. I needed them for a divorce. The first time I sat down with Rosie the office was very unorganized and a lot of paperwork everywhere. We spoke about the situation I was in and she seemed very willing to help. After that we kept in contact regarding the divorce. The communication was very poor. Not what I expected at all. No one plans on ever needing a family law attorney which makes the decision even more stressful. I can't recommend Rosie and Norma enough. I spoke with 6 different attorneys and paid their consult fee's, which can be pricey, before speaking with these two and instantly asking them to take my case. I hired Norma for a child custody case in 2017 and ended up representing myself in the end. First off, in my emotional state, I rambled on and on in my declaration statement about the situation, which should have been filtered/discouraged. Paperwork filed with the courts was incomplete after the judge had told her so, delaying a time sensitive case by 30 days. She said the commissioner was having a bad day and the paperwork was complete. A month later the commissioner again pointed out that the paperwork was still missing a section. She was not prepared for court, despite all the material I prepared

She violated the legal ethics and her responsibility as a lawyer. She did not perform any of these with me in my case. Lack of communication, which she ignored and not research my concerned, not prepared for the case, did not asked the court for a chance to be prepared or some sort of extension, turned in her response at the time of hearing, did not inform me about my rights and options.

Norma took me right in and treated me like family. She made sure that I was treated fairly and fought strongly for me. She took such good care of me from beginning to end that she earned a place in my family's heart. I tried to do my divorce without a lawyer, but after getting screwed over by my ex, Norma was recommended by a friend. It was the best decision I made. I could never thank her enough.
