10 Stars-First I have to say that I needed a new hot water heater ASAP b/c mine got destroyed in the flood. My old was located in a very tight location. I had called 5+ different folks, everyone that came out said that my current one could not be taken out and there is nothing they can do. It was the same story with 5 different people even with the folks that installed my furnace just 9 months ago. I have been without hot water for more than a week. I googled hot water heater and JLH showed up in the list. I had called the 2 before them and no one answered. I am glad they did not answer because

We made an appointment for Saturday at 11 am. They arrived 1/2 hour early. They did a thorough maintenance of heating and air conditioning and top off. Also, informed us that we needed a liner in our chimney. He pointed out the neighbors that had them and what we needed and why. Our neighbors received air conditioning maintenance and top off and they said they were very relieved to have the work done. The price was very reasonable but the best part was knowing that we had an honest professional.

I am such a fan of JLH Heating and Air Conditioning. There has not been a time where I have called them and they haven't serviced me as soon as possible.
