Emmert Property Management was so easy to work with when we wanted to move back to Brazil. Cindy was always very helpful and up front with us. We stayed at the Landings, and we loved our apartment stay! The are very well kept, and Clint (maintenance manager) was always very quickly available for any issues needed. We then purchased our first home (with emmert realty), and Cindy helped make the transition so easy for us! Thank you!

The Landings Court and the management of Emmert Property was very respectful and well kept. Very nice and neat. We had a 3-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and neat. If you ever needed anything repair wise or locked yourself out of the apartment, the landlords were on it. Great place to live!

If you are looking for an apartment this is not the place to go. First of very rude. Second they will judge you hard. They expect you to be perfect! Pefect Credit score. Nothing on your credit. Never been in trouble. My fiance had a weed charge and the charge was dissmissed due to lack of evidence but yet her words were how does that look. No lady how does that look on the cops for charging my fiance with something when they had lack of evidence. Cindy literally judged us. After all bills were paid. Me and my family have been with emmert property in Martinsville for 4.5 almost 5 years. They have always treated us great and maintenance has always been here within 24 hours to fix any issue. Lived at the Landings Apartments for 3 years now. They maintain the properties regularly. Snow removal and grass cut often. New paint and clean carpet every time a tenant moved out. Any maintenance issues such as garbage disposal or water heater is attended to quickly. They even change furnace filters every 3 months. Absolutely no complaints here! Just live clean and pay your rent on time and you'll love it here.

I lived at the Landings in Brazil for close to a year, and I couldn't ask for a better apartment experience. The apartments are in a quiet, more remote area close to the park and are VERY well maintained! Management does an EXCELLENT job with maintenance and working with tenants. These apartments are fantastic; I would've stayed longer if I didn't have to move. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, updated, clean place to live with friendly and professional management.

Never have I been a customer to a company who cared less about their clients than this one. I'll start by the false information they gave me about the house I was looking into. Found out after I gave them my earnest check and offer was accepted that the house was an old mobile home surprise. After asking repeatedly why I wasn't notified found out that the listing agent never even checked out the home herself. The disappointment's didn't stop there either after the real estate agent told me they wouldn't come down on the price given this new information or the massive
