I lived there for 3 years. It was my first apartment. I was naive in thinking it wasn’t all that bad.. until I moved and realized that no apartment complex should ever be like that.
At one point all of the windows in my apartment had serious black mold issues. It took maintenance staff 3 weeks to fix the issue. My furniture was all around the place and couldn’t be moved back until it was done. Don’t get my wrong the maintenance men are very friendly and nice but the guy in charge of them is very cheap. We clearly needed new windows because if we didn’t get new the black mold would just

No star at all for me I just had to pick one to leave a review. Their scammers in this office and the manager is not professional, very very rude and disrespectful . They don’t keep up with the Apartments. Beyond out dated. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. I know someone who lives in your apartments obviously . Should of thought about that too .NEVER said I lived there I wouldn’t DARE . Jenica is your property manager which is one part of your problems in that community. She don’t know how to talk to everybody. What’s your contact information? I do have some questions, comments and

If I could I would give this less than 1 star. My daughter lived here while going to ISU. They had a fire in her apartment under hers right before she moved out. The fire and smell were so bad they moved her roommates out of the apartment. At the end of her lease they still kept 100 dollars from her security deposit for "cleaning" and "carpet" AFTER A FIRE that was not her or her roommates fault damaged the apartment!!! that is called theft and fraud!

The location is definitely the best thing about living here. It's so convenient to live close to campus and not far from the downtown area of Terre Haute. Maintenance is kind of slow when you first move in, but to be fair that's when everyone moves in at once as the semester is starting. Overall, no major problems here!

It’s for the most part a great first choice for apartments but the loud noises that are controllable are inconvenient for someone like me that works a 4pm-12am job, the sounds of maintenance in near apartments or sounds outside my apartment are done in the early mornings and typically wakes me up. That is my only issue with this location.

I have been living here for the past 2 years so from my sophomore year to my junior (2017-2019) and the staff has always accompanied my needs and makes me feel welcomed. If there’s an issue in my apartment, they have no problem coming to fix the issue. It’s right behind campus and close to my son’s school so that is a big plus for me. Staff is friendly and nice and offer donuts and coffee in the morning sometimes which is very helpful when I’m in a rush and also community cookouts in the summer and drawings and prizes. Quiet environment, good place to live.
