The only office in the area that I would recommend going to! The front staff is always welcoming, especially Meghan. The hygienist, Rachel, is me and my sons favorite. She was amazing and with him on his first visit with her and Dr. Zelkha is hands down an amazing doctor, he is always paying attention to his patients and their needs. It is the most important thing to him. The office as a whole, has the best family oriented vibe. A very home like feel to it. Do yourself a favor and take a visit into the office and meet the team here.

Let’s be honest, no one wakes up and looks forward to a trip to the dentist. That being said innovative dental truly makes the experience a little more comfortable. Chelsea met me in the lobby to take my temperature and information and I just know under that mask was a warm smile. The dental hygienist Rachel made sure I was doing okay as she cleaned my teeth, was very pleasant and explained each step and answered any question I had. She even gave me recommendations on how to care for my teeth better, what a gal. Dr. Zelkha is very knowledgeable and quite the character, ask him for kayak recommendations

I went in based on the recommendation of a fellow workmate, in an emergency dental issue. I split a tooth and lost a filling. They were extremely accommodating, and scheduled me that day. After being seen I now have an appointment to fix the issue. Great customer service, and everyone in the office is friendly and courteous.

This is not your friendly corner dentist; this is a multi office corporation where the important concept is under the "bottom line." When my husband and I took advantage of the 500.00 family plan we were greeted like royalty and showered with gifts. Our first visit did not include a cleaning but an extensive oral exam and a strong recommendation for the 800.00 clean. What happened to our package price? I had been a patient of Dr Scanlon's since 1986. When I found out he was retiring, I was very nervous. I don't like change. But when I went for my cleaning, I met Dr Buzzell, and I was immediately at ease. She is so easy to talk to, and explains everything in laymens terms. The whole staff as soon as you walk in the door, starting with Barbara, is so friendly and helpful. I had to get a crown done. But before that, I needed a wisdom tooth pulled, and a root canal done. Barbara set me up with the best doctors to get this done before the crown could be placed. Dr Millette was Awesome.

Everything about BDA's office environment in Boylston says "Welcome!" When I came in, Barbara introduced herself with a warm smile and a handshake--a really nice touch for the 1st time patient. The outer office is decorated in a country motif; warm colors and decorative items make it comfortable, in contrast to the aluminum and glass sterile look of many doctors' office today. I've been going to Boylston Dental for 30+years. I love the care that I've received there through these years. Dr. Scanlon always made going to the dentist actually FUN, while taking stellar care of my teeth. When he retired, he handed the business down to just as excellent dentists. The hygienists are excellent. I always feel like I'm visiting family when I go for my cleanings.

Dr. Millette is by far the best around. I was so terrified of going to the dentist for several years and my teeth definitely needed help. I came to the office and the staff have and continue to be incredible. Dr. Millette is very comforting, real, and funny. He won't do anything beyond what you really need and makes sure he doesn't come down on you for your past dental mistakes. He's the best! I couldn't speak more highly of this place. It's cheesy to say, but the work done by this office really does make me smile bigger every day!

Horrible experience only seen for five minutes and charged $139! Poor treatment due to pain from bad teeth! No pain medicine was given 40 antibiotic pills! Told that the pain would subside in three days! Teeth still hurt! Looking to get an advocate to resolve this issue! Wanted to charge me $5k+ just for a few teeth! Do not bother giving them your business! Best to go to another dentist in Worcester!
