I trusted Clay to do my taxes and prepare my bookkeeping. This year I had some changes in my personal life and in my business which required an alternative tax filing than in previous years. I instructed Clay to submit my taxes with the information I had provided to him. He refused to do so and instead gave my personal tax information to a third party which was used against me in court. He gave this information to a friend of his that was trying to get additional information about me to use in court. Very unethical and very unprofessional. I terminated my business with him and have reported him

Clay is my Tax Dude. He is a ninja. I like that he does things digital. digital files, e-signatures, internet drop boxes, and shared screen help with quickbooks. I ask him a question and I get a good sized email back. He has never gotten mad at me! I think. I give him lots to do and sometimes forget to give him the right documents, and he sends me a nice reminder. He also handles my payroll which is smooth and inexpensive--I can't understand why some business owners use cumbersome payroll procedures. This one is thorough and bulletproof.
