Today I had Ferris perform my cleaning. it was probably the best experience in a dentist office that I've ever had. Ferris was very professional, calming, gentle during the procedure. it's unfortunate that she is not a full-time member of your team, she would definitely be a great asset to your practice.

Wildly upsetting and frustrating experience! Online booking and phone/text communications were great, and I agreed to the $99 full evaluation appointment. I made clear on phone and text that this was a second opinion consultation request, and everything seemed clear.
