John was the listing agent for the home we purchased. Even though he represented the seller, he was a wonderful resource for us as well. This was our first antique home and John really took the time to help educate us on the uniqueness of these older homes and offered himself as a resource to answer any and all questions we had (even after we closed on the house and had moved in!). He truly is an expert in this area and we sincerely appreciate and respect his knowledge and passion for these beautiful homes.

John Petraglia (the principal) came to our house about a year before we planned to put it on the market to take a look and see what it would take.
He went through the house and gave us a list of things that needed to be taken care of before it could be successfully marketed. He knows his way around the structural complexities of houses that have been standing for hundreds of years and have had modifications done.
He was very clear and specific about what we should do (some structural stuff, gut and redo an entire bathroom) and what we shouldn't do (gut the kitchen).
