I moved to Rhode Island in 1999 from New York State. I studied Marketing & Management at Siena College in Loudonville, NY and proceeded to work in fast paced environments in the hospitality industry. The biggest misconception of Restaurant Management is that it is mostly about serving food. For me, success comes from focusing on service and treating each patron as if they were a guest in my own home.

We asked Chris Whitten to appraise our house in the possibility we might sell in 5-10 years. Not only did he come out, discuss our future plans, and survey the property, but he then sent me an in-depth appraisal with recommendations. No charge for anything, with the knowledge that we were not in the market at this time. Above and beyond for sure.
