I am responsible for 5 area tax offices. David Harris with Block company is our landlord contact for my Noland Rd store in Independence. He is absolutely the BEST when I have any problems whatsoever. In the past 60 days we had a roof leak that was dealt with the actual day I called him. We had problems with homeless hanging out around our store and within a week he had signs put up. And lastly we had an abandoned truck in our parking lot that was towed away within one day of me informing him. I LOVE dealing with Block and David. I wish all our landlords were half as efficient!
