Staff person Denise was super nice but there was literally no one there for me to check in, had to drive to hotel next door for that. Staff there did not give me checkin info so I didn't know where room was or have passwords or any info. Amenities were not as listed -- sign even says indoor pool there -- but it is st the other hotel. Close but no cigar. Laundry room was out of service as were some other things. Pool was padlocked. Worst of all, room smelled strongly of pet urine. It looked clean but... if you need a pet friendly room and a quiet place its affordable but the pee smell was ugh. They

Good location, great outdoor pool, good prices. Bathroom is small and older with little vanity space which wasn’t a problem for us but good to know. Beds were fine. Was a little worried about bugs at night since the cleaning wasn’t 100% (could see Cheetos under bureaus from other patrons before us) but we were absolutely fine. Would return!

Room we stayed in seemed it had just been updated with paint and carpet. Ac worked fine. Beds were comfy and no weird smells. For the price the place was great. We stayed late June and the pool wasn't available yet but you get all the amenities at the Sheraton ext door. If you have kids driving over may be easier but if they can walk its honestly not far. I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. It's a Motel not a Hotel so you need to lower the expectations. It actually exceeded my expectations given the reviews! Was convenient everything Rt.6 and that part of the Cape has to offer. Close

The rooms were clean and spacious. Love that they take dogs and that we could relax when our dog barked occasionally. No hot water in the sink and barely tepid in the shower but after reporting to the front desk we got nearly hot water in the shower But still stone cold in the sink. They knew we had four people coming but only had three towel sets in the bathroom. Ask about whether the laundry is open as it was closed, I guess because of COVID, but the ice machine was wide open! This is a health department issue and not the hotel’s and I was sad not to be able to dry the towels but sooo happy

Unfortunately havent been impressed. Our room was very dirty and dusty. It mells like mold, the bathrooms are very outdated and have no place to lay your toiletries. The bathroom floor still was sandy from the previous occupants. The fridge is tiny and barely cools. The TV signal is poor. It has a terrible image quality. The rooms are noisy especially with the old AC.
I gave it an extra star for the front desk service. The ladies are wonderful ans very welcoming. Location is great. It's nice to have multiple pool options. Free wifi in the room is awesome.

I'm giving this one star primarily because the staff is very friendly. We tried to like this place but it was very hard to do based on the conditions of the room. When we checked in there was still hair on the walls of the shower from the previous guests. The walls in the bathroom were filthy and looked like the last time they were washed or painted was years ago. There are dropped ceilings in the rooms which I have never seen in a hotel. The ceiling panels were covered with water stains. There is no closets for clothes only a hook that hangs off the wall in the room with coat hangers. The net

The pictures online vs what the rooms looked like in person are so different! The room was somewhat clean, but so dated and had so many bugs in the bathroom, where it was always wet. Our AC didn't work, it blew hot air. We were awake every morning at 3am, sweating. The mattresses on the beds need to be changed, they were so worn we had to sleep on opposite ends of the bed to avoid sleeping in a 'bowl' shape.
This motel is very dated. The only two pros were: location and how nice the people are at the front desk.
Sad to say we will not be coming back here, which is sad to me because

The people who worked there are very nice. The hotel itself is what you'd expect for an older cape hotel. A bit run down and beat up. As long as you don't have huge expectations for a glamorous stay and just need a place to put your stuff and sleep at night you'll be fine. If you're high maintenance and look for things to complain about you're better off somewhere else.

We understand that the hotel recently opened, however, we were truly disappointed in our stay. We stayed in room 15 7/3-7/5. Everything we are going to say we did tell the front desk but we were told that all rooms were taken. First our room had a horrible odor that the front desk worker even noticed. In addition our bed was dirty and Denise did bring us clean sheets. Our room had multiple spiders and lastly our TV did not work. I would like to say that Dense went above and beyond for my family and I. I suggest some major cleaning be done in our room. My family and I will not stay here again if

Stayed at the Ocean Park Inn July 4th (2020) weekend. Overall a decent stay but some room for improvement. Let's start with the positive: They allow dogs which is why we chose the place; the location on route 6 in Eastham is great. Easy to get to Ptown, Wellfleet, Orleans and Chatham; the front desk staff was friendly; the room was well appointed for a motel. Now for the negative: the room smelled strongly of mildew; there were earwigs everywhere, we killed at least 10 throughout our stay, they were on the curtains, the beds, the towels in the bathroom. However, the biggest critique I have

I was happy here. It's dog friendly, people! It was super quiet, even though they were almost full. The front desk staff was super friendly and okay its dated, could use a little spiffing up, but it was a home base for us to explore.

Wallet and dog friendly motel in a great location. Ocean park came to our rescue when our rental house fell through (SCAM ALERT!). it is in close proximity to well fleet beaches and walking distance to fresh donuts! there are trails to walk your dog in the morning... easy peasy, clean, and reasonably priced.

I stayed one night, Saturday to Sunday. When I got home Sunday night I had a line of about 8 bites down one arm, a line of 3 bites on the other arm, and a few across my back. The images that came up with a Google search confirmed my suspicions. I just hope I didn't bring anything home with me.

The only reason this hotel is even getting one star is because there's no lower choice. We requested a lower level room when we booked the hotel as I have a mobility disability and climbing up stairs can be challenging. When we arrived, we were told that, despite our request, rooms were given out on a first come, first serve basis and the only room left was a room on the top floor, as far away from the stairs as possible. Less than ideal, but we managed and didn't complain. Once we got to our room, the toilet immediately became clogged. We were headed out for the evening, so we asked

We went for one night to Cape Cod and stayed at Ocean Park Inn in Eastham. It was a great experience, Room #3 was really nice and large - the bed was super comfortable and I am fussy about mattresses. The room was clean a bit dated but that fact really didn't matter to us. The grounds are nice with sitting outside areas, nice pool both outdoor and access to indoor. I also like the hammock. The refrigerator was nice but consider a microwave. The one complaint please have more soap in bathroom. Also, reasonable price for summer season, a good value.

For the two nights we stayed it provided its use well. Our only disappointments was the door bolt lock did not work and there was a slight bad odor in the room but, you get use to it. We mainly use the place for sleep and getting ready to go out so we didn't spend that much time in the room. The room felt old but kept cleaned enough that we really don't have any complaints except for the ones above. For a short stay I would recommend it.

Booked this hotel to go to a nearby wedding. Staff was very friendly but the room was disgusting. First thing we saw when we walked into the room was a half dead cockroach In the middle of the floor. The room was very outdated, which was to be expected. We returned the keys back to the management office within a few minutes of entering the room.

Wish I read the previous reviews before I booked this place. Honestly, you are better off either spending the extra $50 to stay in the hotel next door or sleep in your car.

I was supposed to stay here for 1 night with my 2 dogs. We were given the wrong room key. Then when we got into the room, there was a dingy odor. We could have gotten past this, but when we looked at the bed there was a bug on the pillow. We immediately brought the dogs out to the car to figure out our plan and we saw multiple mattresses being brought out of a room and thrown out. When I went to return the key I was accused of leaving a coke in the reception area(which I did not) and when I informed the staff of the bug, I was told "sorry about that" and have a good day. I will never

I am begging you PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. It isn't even a hotel, it's a motel. The pictures are not even of the same place. It's a scam. The motel is outdated and disgusting. Black all over the wall, tape to hold the windows closed, and BED BUGS. We drove 5 hours from out of town and when we arrived there wasn't even anyone there to check us in. We had to go to the hotel next door to get our room key. After walking in and being totally horrified we tried to make the best of it until we opened the sheets and there were BUGS!!! We drove all the way 5 hours back home because

This hotel is FILTHY. Roaches and leaks. When I brought these issues to the main office, the girl shrugged and told me it was 5 Minutes til her shift end (I don't care) maintenance had gone home and there was nothing could be done. So 5 minutes later, right on cue, she was gone. So I rang the supposedly "24 hour front desk" at the Sheraton next door (who owns this place but treats it, and its guests like a deprived stepchild) and no one picked up. I called continuously for fifteen minutes- no response. So finally, at 10:45 at night, I got up and walked to the front desk, where there

My fiancé and I booked this place for a couple of nights and at first we thought this place was nice and cute but we went out for a little bit and came back and we found a bunch of baby spiders all in the bathroom and all over our towels. It was gross, the room itself was also just as gross, it didn't even look like someone cleaned it. We ended up having to switch hotels at 10 at night and repack everything. I will never go to place again.

My boyfriend and I stayed hear for 3 night while visiting beautiful cape cod. They need to remodel this hotel big time. In our room the ceiling was cracked and needs to be replaced. The carpet was torn. The bathtub was dirty and found a bug in the sink. The wifi does not work and the tv had a lot of static. The exterior of the hotel need a good paint job.

It was nice that the hotel was so close to the beach. There was some good restaurants near. It was close to wellfleet and p-town. If you can stay somewhere else.

I am giving this hotel a 4 based on customer service for sure. The hotel concierge staff was very polite and helpful. My family had booked 5 rooms back in March for a reunion. 3 of our rooms were cancelled the night before our stay, our payments were declined, we have since received new debit/credit cards since booking and we didn't even think to call.. We received emails confirming the cancellations, my brother was able to rebook right away, my aunt and I weren't as lucky. The rooms we requested had been booked with in 30 minutes of cancellation. In a panic I called and tried to finagle

The rooms are simple and clean. The staff here is very professional and friendly, even outgoing. The motel has an agreement with the Sheraton next door, that will give you access to all of their facilities. While you might be planning to spend all of your time outdoors, long vacations and kids sometimes need to stay close to the room and next to a newer, fancier pool with water that is both warmer and safer than the beach. Going into a franchise on the Cape might make you feel like ... Blah blah blah ... Whatever works for you. You can have a little bit of everything here!

Reading the reviews I got nervous about our stay but overall we were quite pleased.

Room 26 on the upper level had 2 double beds and was clean, cool, and didn't smell "weird". There were many who brought their pups and I kind of wish I would have brought my 4 legged boy but going to the beach can be a pain so doggie day care for him this weekend.

The grounds were nicely keep. Grassy open lawn with a few grills for sparking up charcoal, a couple of hammocks, picnic tables and trash barrels makes for a find yard. The pools is larger than I had expected and has a 10' deep
