Captain's Quarters offers 75 spacious guest rooms located in 5 different buildings located on a 6 acre lush green ground, providing a quiet and more private lodging experience. The main building (far left in picture) has reception. The coffee and 3 kind of fruit juices are available free all day. The banquet hall is located in building in the middle and available for social events with prior arrangement.

A deposit equal to one evenings stay will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation is required via phone no later than 72 hours (before 4.00 pm EST time) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations of less than 72 hours advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit.
Pets are allowed in designated pet friendly rooms only. Pet friendly rooms are two double size beds. We charge $25 per pet/night extra. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if you check in a pet in a non pet friendly room. This is important because some custmores have an allegry to pet and they demand a room, where no pet have stayed before.
We are ideally located halfway between Hyannis and Provicetown right on route 6. Within 2 to 5 miles you will enjoy many of the Cape Cod's attractions. The beautiful cape cod's Rail Trail -bike trail is passing right adjuscent to the property. There is a direct access way to the bike trail from our grounds.

I stayed here for the weekend while I was away for work and have no complaints! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! The room was spacious and completely updated, including the bathroom. The room was very clean and the property was quiet and well taken care of. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Cape!

While I agree that the property could be spruced up a bit, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. Location is everything. Everything in our room worked…. It was cool, quiet, and I slept well (I’m someone that usually can’t sleep in hotel rooms). We had our German Shepherd with us, and we were put in the back of a back building. Might seem weird driving back there at first, but the parking lot is practically connected to the Rail Trail. It’s a perfect spot to walk your dog. In fact, after we checked in, I walked straight to Nauset Light Beach, just over two miles away.

Horrible run down motel. Hard uncomfortable beds. Extremely overpriced for 200 a night. Dirty floors and the room wasn't cleaned well. We had to clean it ourselves. Do not stay here. The pool looks old and unmaintained. Paper thin walls we can hear our noisy neighbors up at 6am. This place should be named Bates Motel.

The quietest motel I've ever stayed in. No plumbing or tv noises even though it was full. Room was clean and has been updated fairly recently. Good value and location. I would rate it higher if there was a coffeemaker and a table and chairs. There is a desk and comfortable office chair, but no space to eat or for a second person to sit.

Great outer Cape location! Pluses included clean updated rooms with new flooring. Compact fridge, microwave, and hair dryer available in rooms. Comfortable additional seating. Desk with lighting, luggage rack, occasional table, and 3 drawer dresser. Built in night table shelving on each side of platform bed. Comfortable mattress with pillow top. TV, phone and alarm clock. Great inner and outer lighting for safety. The bike trail was convenient right behind the property. Due to COVID daily maid service and breakfast were not available although cleaning supplies were offered at the main office. Fresh
