One of the worst experiences ever! I came to get a rule 25. She didn't listen to a thing i said. Talked over me the entire time. Then recommended inpatient treatment when i had one relapes in 6 years of sobriety. Knowing full well it would cause my 93yr old grandmother to lose her home & go into an assisted living facility. Sorry if i sound angry... it is because i am.
