I’m so glad I switched to this vet. Summer is the sweetest! I trust them with both of my cats and will continue to do so. I got both my cats spayed and was very worried from horror stories I’ve heard. Summer called me right when they were finished to tell me that they were good. Everyone seems very friendly and kind.

My wife and I have been taking our corgi to see Dr. Kim and her team for years now. Even when we moved back to Bloomington, we still make the drive to see AHoB because they truly care and are experts in their field. Whether it's picking up medicine, a checkup or more advanced procedure, or even just us being overly worried dog parents, Dr. Kim and her team have always been respectful, kind, and very helpful. We will continue to come to AHoB and we recommend that you do the same.

I have taken my pet to this vet in the past and always received respectful and attentive care for him. The staff has also been respectful and professional. However, this time was different. I live 25 miles away and called to let them know I was running a few minutes late. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone immediately told me I would have to reschedule a new appointment. Then I asked, "If I was 1 minute late to the appointment, would I still have to reschedule?" I was told "Yes, if you have an appointment, you have to be here at that exact time". It was unreasonable that she didn't try to

This is Peanut. He became very ill in less than twenty four hours and no one in Bloomington would see him, claiming that their facility was "booked" even for emergencies. But, this place agreed to see him but by then it was too late to save Peanut. They helped with the difficult decision to lay him to rest. The staff was kind and prompt.
