If you're online looking for a photographer, you've probably read a few photographer biographies by now. I feel my story is quite different from how many photographers got their start in professional photography, and I would like to share it with you. My journey began many years ago in Croatia, when during the war, all my childhood photos were lost.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bojana. The photos turned out so beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more. Bojana was very professional, but also warm and understanding. We were stressed before the shoot, but once Bojana showed up with her easy going demeanor and down-to-earth personality any worries and stress quickly melted away and we were all smiles and laughter from that point on.
I would love nothing more than to build a relationship with you and your growing family. During our maternity session, we will relax, have fun, and create a comfortable and peaceful environment in which to document this time of excitement and joy! Should you like your session to take place outdoors, I have several go-to locations around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Enjoy intimate, quiet moments snuggling your new bundle of joy. Kisses, snuggles, those little reflexive smiles. Breathe it all in and never forget. I will also capture individual portraits of your baby. I will work at your family's pace, carefully navigating feedings, diaper changes, sibling needs, and whatever else may arise.
Whether your session takes place in a park or public space, or in the comfort of your own home, I find that the most authentic images are created in your family's favorite environment. We did a newborn shoot with Bojana. Let's just say the important part at the top: we're so so pleased with how the photos came out. The lighting, the composition, the colors. They're really wonderful memories that we'll cherish forever.
From the start, she was super helpful and responsive. She got on the phone with us, answered all of our questions, and sent us great examples of her work as well as resources for style and prep for the shoot.
On the day of the shoot she showed up on time, we looked over the various locations in our home together, and we got to work right away. She was very easygoing

Everything about our experience working with Bojana was seamless and I highly recommend her! She was quick with responses and provided thorough guidance via email leading up to our session. She was great with all FOUR of our kids and we had such a great time. It’s already stressful doing a shoot with 4 kids (6 years old and younger) but she didn’t rush anything and made sure we were comfortable and moved at a pace that worked for everyone. Bojana has captured our maternity, newborn, and now family photos within the last year. We have loved every session with her, and her talent is top notch! She is very responsive, flexible (as my son came late and we had to push back our newborn session), and has been able to capture every stage of this journey perfectly! We are so grateful to have so many beautiful photos from Bojana!

I have three kids (7,6,4) and dread the obligatory annual family photo. The kids never cooperate, someone winds up crying, I resort to candy bribery, and usually just give up, hoping I got something with all five of us not looking miserable. What a change it was this time around with Bojana! In a matter of 10 minutes--literally just minutes--we had several beautiful shots. The kids ran around playing in the leaves while Bojana snapped gorgeous photos, capturing what they actually look like happy. We were thrilled with the results. I booked Bojana based on her beautiful portfolio of pictures and she still exceeded my expectations with her photographs of my family. She captured my favorite faces of my 2 month old, put us at ease (candids can be awkward!), was able to incorporate my dog, and had creative solutions for our house partially under construction. Bonus: I swear I look better than I did in my wedding pictures from 7 years ago.
On the business front, she was prompt in her communications and flexible when I had to reschedule due to delayed house renovations. So glad I booked with her.

Amazing Photographer with great eye to caught the moment using natural light only! Love her work! Bojana is incredibly talented. She is an amazing photographer and such an easy person to work with. Bojana did our maternity photos and she also photographed our baby boy at six months old. Everyone always compliments our photos which we proudly displayed all over our house. Bojana did such a wonderful job photographing our family! I wasn't sure how well my very active and strong willed 5 and 3 year old would photograph but somehow she managed to capture the most amazing moments! She spent a couple of hours with us and was so relaxed with us in order to get the most natural shots. We couldn't be happier!
