I am a newer State Farm client. My husband and I are so pleased with the value. Excellent coverage for great rates. Our agent, Nora was recommended by a family member. Nora promptly answered all our questions. She made important recommendations for coverage for very valuable items in our home. Only regret I have is that we did not make this change much sooner. I was a customer with Allstate and when the police renewed there was multiple surcharge added I tried to get it resolved and it’s been a month now and nothings changed they want me to wait another week for a response this is the 3rd time they do that. I contacted Nora Rahe because she had helped me before while she was over at Allstate and turns out she switch to State Farm. She was willing to help me any way she can and she did nothing but that. This was the worst insurance company! I had them for 5 years and my rates never went down once! I called them twice to find out why and they were not helpful either time. I have a clean driving record and I finally switched companies and I am now paying $150 less a month!! This company scams you and they do not have your best interest. Steer clear LITERALLY!
