We live in San Diego and wanted to plan a destination wedding. Never being to Hawaii before, I was concerned that I would struggle with planning and making decisions not seeing them prior to our wedding day. We just had our small wedding celebration (40 people) at Gannon's and Tracy's team, recommendations and very professional service couldn't have been better. We did all the planning from overseas (we live in Asia) via emails, WhatsApp, etc and there was never a moment when I was nervous. Just returned to the mainland from our daughter's wedding in Maui. As parents, we were clueless as to how to make a wedding happen in Maui, much less a dream wedding. So we picked A Dream Wedding: Maui Style based on online reviews and hoped they were for real. They were real and simply incredible!

Tracy was responsive, patient, and overall wonderful to work with. We let her handle everything, and just went where she told us to be at the time she told us to be there. Her pricing was straight forward and there were no surprises. Chelsea, our contact person on the day of our event, and the vendors she arranged for us were friendly, professional and also great to work with--Tracy just made everything so easy! From the moment I contacted Ms. Tracy Flanagan, I knew that my wife and I were in good hands. My wife and I knew we wanted our wedding to be on the beautiful island of Maui, but we had no idea where to start. Tracy was wonderful to work with. We had a very particular idea for how we wanted everything to go and Tracy helped us where we needed it. Tracy helped secure our permit for the beach wedding, coordinate our officiant, coordinate our marriage license appointment, arrange for ukulele music during the ceremony, and wrangled all of our guests and wedding part for the ceremony. We met with Tracy a few days before the ceremony and discussed the flow of everything and also discussed location, she let us pick exactly on the beach where we wanted the ceremony to happen. Tracy was literally a dream to work with as we planned our wedding at Makena Beach and Golf Resort from Vancouver. Her choice in vendors is excellent and we could not be happier with our photographer, florals, officiant, musicians, hotel, etc. She answered our countless emails quickly and efficiently. She was very organized and made sure we didn't feel like just another customer; taking a true interested in our wedding and ways to make it unique. Price wise her rates are very reasonable in comparison to other wedding planners in the area.

We had a vow renewal - just the two of us - and Tracy was our coordinator. I booked over 6 months in advance and Tracy hired the best folks in Maui to take care of us. Our officiant was top, the stylist for hair and makeup was amazing, and our on-site coordinator was excellent. The flowers were beyond what we could possibly imagine.
Tracy answered my emails promptly with helpful tips and tricks. She was great on the phone.

It was two years ago, but I LOVED working with the ladies at A Dream Wedding. Although we only had 11 guests attend our ceremony and we wanted to do it fairly cheap, I didn't feel as though I was just another cheap customer. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other planners. The florist did an incredible job on my bouquet, our officient and photographer were both great, and the site (Napili Kai Resort) was spectacular.
