We just had our destination wedding in Haiku Mill in Maui in August 2021. And yes, we were one of the many couples that had to postpone our wedding (originally planned for April 2020) due to covid.
Not only we had a perfect wedding, my bridesmaids were amazed at how calm I was before and on wedding day (I knew I can trust Lorrie to take care of everything!). But more importantly, it's during the difficult times that you see someone's true quality! It was such a stressful time for us, having to deal with the unknown, wanted to pick a new date but really had no clue what's going to happen next.

Ali and Lori from Maui's Angels were AMAZING!! We found them while looking for wedding planners to help with our special day on Maui. We did interview several different planners but seriously over the moon that we decided on Maui's Angels. We cannot imagine our special day turning out as perfect as it was if not for Ali's attention to detail. They had everything set up beautifully, provided wonderful recommendations and really knew all the vendors extremely well.

I should have done this review a long time ago. Lorrie and her team were amazing from the very first phone call to the last day of the wedding. When choosing to do a destination wedding there are a lot of moving parts that need to happen. Lorrie and her team of Angels exceeded every expectation my wife and I ever could have dreamed of. The process was literally flawless on their behalf. Our wedding happened without a hitch and it was not an easy one for Lorrie. What I didn’t mention is that it was a double wedding. Two separate couples having two separate marriage times with a joint reception

We were extremely lucky to get to work with Ali from Maui's Angels to plan our wedding at the Olowalu Plantation House this past May. We really did our research when choosing our wedding planner and we could not have been happier with our choice! We live in NJ so we knew we had to work with a wedding planner who could accommodate the time difference and us not being able to do the bulk of planning in person. Lorrie and her team made our dream wedding come true with only 3.5 months to prepare. I am so glad I found Maui's Angel for my wedding. Lorrie is such a sweet person and she is just amazing at what she does. Everyone of my friends told me wedding preparation is a stressful event, but thank you to Maui's Angel, I was able to enjoy the whole process. Anytime I communicated with them, either by email or phone, they would understand my vision and needs right away and that made it really easy for me to just sit back and relax while Lorrie and her team made my vision come to life. As organized as she can be, she was able to help me match the perfect vendors for me and able to leave me stress-free before, throughout, and after the wedding. Lorrie and Ali from Maui's Angels made our wedding absolutely incredible and seriously the Best Day Ever!! Planning a destination wedding can be tricky but over the years (yes it took years) of planning the team at Maui's Angels coordinated everything to run smoothly. Being from Vancouver and my husband from New Zealand, Hawaii was the perfect spot to tie the knot! Their inside knowledge of the best vendors on the island really helped make our decision making easy. As outstanding wedding planners, we knew they would put forth amazing vendors and those that fit our style and budget.
