I was supposed to have a phone consult with Toni Granholm. She had my contact information and I was given a time when we would speak. She never called and after following up with emails, I called the next day. I was told she had a call that ran long and would need to reschedule. This wouldn't be a problem if they contacted me explaining what happened, but they didn't.
