Donald G. Beattie has handled more than 100 cases of burn injuries, many caused by gas explosions. Most of these cases stem from residential and commercial propane gas leaks and explosions. Ryan Beattie was worthless in every aspect of my injury/ workcomp/ wrongful termination/ unemployment denial/ and Iowa's 2nd injury fund. From filing inaccurate paperwork on the last day allowed and having that part of the case thrown out, to allowing the opposing attorney to basically accept blame for my injuries and losses by agreeing to pay all… medical bills as Ryan and the mediator told my wife and I that by agreeing and showing good faith then the next part would go smoothly, only to find out he conned me into signing a full release so I legally had no case anymore, to sitting in court

I never dreamed that I would ever need the services of a trial attorney until my family and I lost 7 members in an LP gas explosion on September 6, 1999 in Richland, Iowa. In January of 2009, my husband suffered a work related accident. When it became clear we would need assistance with dealing with work comp and other entities, I contacted Beattie Law Firm.
