Tried to get help from them at one time. Sent everything/all information they needed. They didn’t respond after my email correspondence which I have records of. Tried to leave messages reaching out to check on things. No calls or email back. Finally got a letter in the mail stating that I was unresponsive so they wouldn’t be taking my case even after I signed a contract and sent everything they asked for. Don’t waste your time.
