Excellent service!! Dr. Shoeybi and her staff go above and beyond to meet patient needs. My mother is unable to be tilted down for procedures due to her underlying cancer and Dr. Shoeybi and her staff did her dental procedures sitting up which is very hard for the dentists as it affects their backs and positioning and also makes it challenging to access the patient’s mouth. Despite this hurdle, they were all very patient with my mother who has a lot of medical needs and gave her the time she needed.
They have been superb with my child as well. And he now puts an alarm for two minutes while brushing

The dentists are excellent but the new front desk staff and the office manager Lynn leave much to be desired. I came here for my routine exam and found I needed a root canal. I had already reached my out of pocket max so they offered me a discount on my crown. I happily came to them instead of another practice to obtain this discount. I obtained the crown and paid the quotes out of pocket price that day in cash. I later got an email from my insurance company about a claim for the original routine exam I got from Highland Family My insurance stated they paid in full for my routine care. I always

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and highly recommend Dr. Fey and Highland Family Dental Care. The staff is very friendly and professional and the office setting clean and pleasant, making you feel welcomed and at home. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and there was not a time where I was disappointed. I was treated very kindly and professionally and the overall experience was very comfortable for me. We have been going to this dental care group for all kinds of services: cleaning, check-ups, fillings, crowns, and gum work, for kids and adults. The staff is professional and very personable, quick to put you at ease. They are great with providing fairly strict suggestions when you're not taking care of things the way you should, but always with an encouraging attitude. They are informative and helpful navigating expectations for deeper work: they explain what's happening next and exactly what you can expect to feel - that was most important to me, when I changed from my former dentist of 30+
