I was a resident from 8/16 through 9/7. I would like to express my appreciation to the staff that helped me enormously with my recovery. I had the best Occupational Therapist Doug and Physical Therapist Laksmi; their hard work enabled me to bounce back and overcome a lot of obstacles. I would like to thank CNAs and nurses for their hard work.

Update: Yesterday I was on the phone with my Uncle while he yelled for help for over 30 minutes. I decided to call and asked for the supervisor. They placed me on an extended hold and then passed me off to the CNA that was neglecting my Uncle. She made excuses about shift change but when I pressed her about when it started she became defensive. I asked again for the supervisor and was placed on hold. Then Alma picks up and proceeds to tell me they have no supervision at night. How do you run a business without anyone in charge of the employees? So I asked who is in charge and she said the charge

New and improved managment, place is more cleaner and makes me feel cozy and welcomed. The nurses and staff are welcoming and delightful. Great place to send elders. The workers are hardworking and doing a awesome job and the new administrator takes cleaning the facility into his own hands, he sanitize everything, doors, tables, chairs, etc. Makes sure that your elders enjoy their stay there. Awesome place and awesome staff overall.

My father has been there for little less than a week and after listening to him and reading the YELP we are calling tomorrow to get discharged. Please do some research before you send your loved ones here. He was sent over from the hospital and still, not one phone call from the facility. My wife went to visit this last weekend and even after speaking to Barbra, she was sent away after waiting for a half hour. Talk about wasting our time driving from Gilroy

On Saturday I went to see my father-in-law. He was just moved there from the hospital. I walked up and stopped at their stop sign. I waited there for five minutes before a man rang the doorbell for me because I didn't see it at first. I waited and no one came. I walked into the facility and nurses looked at me and one asked if I had been helped but she was busy and kept on her way. Someone finally came out (after waiting for maybe 15-20 minutes) she asked me to go back outside and then asked me if I had an appointment. I told her I didn't know about appointments. No one said anything

Cupertino health care has been amazing throughout our moms stay here. There is a new management back about 6 months ago and everyone is positive, helpful and collaborative in our moms overall best interest. She is 99 years old and thriving! The best care ever!! Thank you to everyone who has made this possible for our dear sweet mom!

Hi I'm Deborah Postello... I stayed at the facility seven weeks... as I say " where else can you find a five star review wellness center w/ room. service & best care from docs, cna's, rn's , whole crew of physical therapists, occupational therapist & behind the scenes people who cooked for us.... housekeeping folks & maintenance..... good food too& all around ambiance & lovely areas to set & visit or call my mom or just to rehab at.... I am elated I'm heeled now... it took a lot of work & prayers from myself & all the loving crew here

As a 11 months rehab patient at CHWC in Cupertino from head and spine surgery, I only can recomment CHWC in my Station 1
Nurses and C N A always are friendly, make you laugh, take care of your needs, make you feel comfortable - especially when one is in a lot of pain and weak.
Physical Therapy - most important to me to get strong again. The team helped with targeted excercises to reach my goal soon
(after one last surgery coming up-hip replacement) to walk, run, swim and kite surfing again.
Missing in the therapy rooms - more benches for stomach, back and leg excercises. Pull/Push weight machine

My father was here for about 2 and a half months and like some of the other reviews I definitely do not recommend having this place care for your loved ones. It is supposed to a short term rehab facility but the rehab part of it is not structured and poorly planned. The administration is not supportive and only does bare minimum to get paid. The CNA'S are rude and rough with the patients. Personal belongings are misplaced and or stolen all the time. The cleanliness of the facility is unbearable and should be checked by the health department. I hope this helps with someone else that is

Just wanted to thank the staff at Cupertino Wellness...My Mom was there for a month and it was the best alternative for the whole family. Everyone from the RN's, CNA's and Physical Therapists at Cupertino Wellness were very, very nice and attentive and they were very good at getting her up and dressed and exercising. You all have a tough job but you do it professionally, courteously and with big smiles. Your services are much appreciated!

My Father in law has been staying at this facility for almost a year, He has a progressive disease and It was extremely difficult for us to take care of him at home because we did not have the tools or space necessary for him to be comfortable and safe. Cupertino Healthcare was the only place that had a bed available. So with not many options we went a head an admitted him. The staff placed him in a room directly across from the nurses station and he still manages to fall. He has has so many visits to the emergency room the one of the doctors there even raised concern for my Father in law&apos

When I came here in February, I had a wound that tunneled and my bone was exposed. The wound care team got together and executed a plan that has that wound in September as small as a dime and closing. The nurses and CNAS are friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait awhile for assistance, but they make it worth the wait when they get to you.~Maxine

I called ahead to the front desk of the Cupertino Healthcare to be sure my friend was in before making the drive. The front desk had no information on where she was, whether in or out. They connected me to station 4 and I let it ring for 10 minutes with no answer. There are lots of people around the station at all times, but as is typical there, if the person whose phone is ringing isn't there, no one answers. "It's not my job" is the attitude I have received over the years from far too many employees at this facility.

BEWARE! I live nearby and I see residents from this facility blocks away on Foothill Blvd. and unattended. Tonight I stopped to help an elderly resident two blocks away from this facility on busy Foothill Blvd. after dark and in the cold and unattended. I see this happening about every three months so this is not an isolated incident.

My mother in law is a resident at this facility because of her present medical condition and has been here for over a year. She is well taken care of. The staff is around the clock making sure she is comfortable and well fed. The call light is never used because of what is mentioned above. The staff works to help her keep busy with some exercises and being around other residents and other activities. We're fortunate to have her resides here & grateful & appreciative for what the staff does for her each day.

I am submitting a complaint regarding the negligence and incompetence of the staff at this facility. On 10/8/13 my mother was to have an upper GI to be preformed at El Camino Hospital in Mt. View at one of the adjacent clinics. I spoke to my mother while in route at 12:36 pm. The Wellness center provided the driver with the incorrect address so there was a small delay with her timely arrival. At 5:32pm I received a phone call from a receptionist from the Wellness center asking me if I knew where my mother was. She proceeded to tell me the cant find her, that the driver
