You are required to sign a general consent form that will be sent via e-mail or we may provide when you come in. Questions are always welcome whether you have it on you visit or it strikes after your visit. You can always e-mail your queries or post a question on this website or drop a note!
If you have an emergency, or if upon you arrival the condition seems to require emergency care you will be but directed or ER or to your doctor or to call 911.I do not prescribe medications BUT I do dispense homeopathic medications, which you will get at your first visit. If a medication is not available in my kit at the time one will be ordered and delivered to your residence at no additional cost!

There are over 4,000 homeopathic remedies that are tested on humans and not animals - this itself indicates how safe, non-toxic, non-addictive it is! Every homeopathic medicine is made using one substance either plant, mineral or metal, etc. There is no mixture and the exact substance is known. I visited Queenita because of few Gastro-Intestinal complaints.
Was suffering from bad constipation and pain while defecation.
Her approach was good. She noted my historical complaints diligently and patiently.
Her medicine was so effective that it relieved my constipation immediately in a day or two.
There is considerable improvement is pain as well. Best part was she has given me just one medicine to be taken only for three days , that too once in a day.
Her selection of the medicine was really good, as my body responded to it and thts most important in homeopathy.

I met with Ms. Fernandes for the first time today in Cupertino. I found her via google search, and after reading what she has done and currently doing, I decided to meet with her to see what kind of treatment plans I could get from her.
I can really say that it was a first wonderful visit with her.
