I'm a real estate agent and Parrish has done several inspections for me and my clients. He does a great job and covers everything. I arrived early and while I was sitting in my car finishing a call, I saw Parrish climbing all over the house checking the roof, siding, electrical connections, etc. When I went inside he had the mold tester and the radon tester running along with every water faucet, shower and washing machine. Parrish was very thorough and patient with all my questions. He walked me through the house and pointed out all the issues or possible future issues he had noticed. Parrish is super nice. Answers phone calls. Calls back ASAP. Super nice. My only problem is, is that when we bought our house, a month later it flooded and the guys who came out to dry my floors told me I had black mold. After further investigation, I had black mold behind my water heater. Black mold underneath all of my downstairs carpet. Black mold everywhere. And it was clear someone tried to clean it with bleach. So I called Parrish. I asked how long does it take for black mold to grow. Which it grows pretty quick. But I was also told that we would smell the mold, we would be getting sick,

I was very impressed with Parrish. He spent about 3 hours inspecting the home we are going to purchase.
