We called and were very fortunate to get a next day appointment for our new home inspection. Jason was incredibly informative, we've owned houses and have had inspections in the past, but Jason went through many details we didn't expect would be covered. The inspection report is very well put together and Jason took the time to answer all of our questions. Our last home inspection in another state cost us over triple, and we received half the attention to detail and information than this inspection. Worth every penny!

I got a home inspection for a house I was buying. Jason is very professional and identified several issues with the home, I was able to negotiate with the seller and get them resolved. The walkthrough is very helpful, he shows you all the issues with the home, where all the serviceable items are and what kind of maintenance you should perform. Overall, I was very happy with the inspection.

Using Champion felt like taking an incredibly valuable course on how to properly maintain my house with a bonus inspection included. Jason is super knowledgeable and covers everything in detail. Jason really went above and beyond the run of the mill inspection. You can tell he has a true passion for what he does and I was delighted when he didn’t treat my new build home inspection like his day off (like other inspectors do). He checked everything! Having Champion Inspect perform the inspection was one of the BEST decisions we made in the home-buying process. We cant say enough good things about Champion Inspect. They were very flexible and let us change inspection dates due to our home not being complete on time.
