Returned today to fill another life saving medication. Pharmacy tech said that the business office was closed and can't help me till the next day and gave the prescription back. I asked him to take the prescription, deal with it the next day and call me when the medicine is ready. He said they don't do that. Then the same Sr. Pharmacist Supervisor Heidi approached me and said that she can't take the prescription because it doesn't have a phone number, that it's not their job to look up a phone number for the transfering pharmacy. I googled it and gave it to her. She still

I use this pharmacy because it's convenient based on where I work. I'm able to pick up my prescriptions evenings or weekends, and there is rarely a wait at those times. Yes, I have seen the line out the door and poor patients being discharged from the hospital held hostage waiting for their medications. Perhaps it would be beneficial to increase staffing of this pharmacy at busy hours.

We have our physicians e-prescribe medications to decrease the visits to this pharmacy (so we don't have to wait in line to drop off, and then come back to pick up). I've had to have a few things

This place is HORRIBLE. There's a line out the door and about 6-8 people working at the pharmacy but only one person who will help at the counter. After I called and requested that my medication be ready for pickup they did not have it ready. Not only did I have to wait in line for over 30 minutes but then they decided to make me wait an extra 15 minutes (which turned into 25) just to pull the medication off the shelf and bag it. I don't think i've had such terrible service in my life. After waiting an extra 25 minutes, I left- having spent my entire lunch hour there and with no

Unfortunately, as other reviewers have noted, this pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. In the dozens of times I have been there, there has never been more than one person working at the counter, no matter how long the line is; prescriptions are never, ever ready when they say they will be, and no one ever bothers to reach out and update you (even when they have assured you that they special ordered your medication, and you have called in advance to make sure it's there! I have wasted far too many trips here); every time I call, I sit on hold forever and usually end up giving up (in fact, sitting

THE WORST. This pharmacy, being in the UCLA medical plaza and dealing with people in life and death situations, you would think they would be prompt and professional with life saving medications, but they are NOT. My mother has cancer and is in a very urgent situation. We dropped a prescription off on Monday and since it was a specialty item they did not stock, they said they would order it and it would be there on Tuesday - that was understandable. Tuesday, they call and said they were waiting for authorization from the oncologist which was supposed to be taken care of on Monday (plus they
