Ali is the founder and owner of DynaCom. Ali has over 25 years of real estate experience and holds a Ph. D. in Engineering/Mathematics, a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Before founding DynaCom, Ali taught in various universities in Illinois for over 20 years.

Dynacom took over our building about 2 years ago. To be fair, the building needed renovations when they took over, but the issues have become increasingly worse since.
Construction has been non-stop, which I understand is necessary to make improvements, but I was expecting for the bulk of the work to take place outside of business hours. Our conference room has been essentially unusable for months due to constant noise. Fumes & smoke fill our office leaving us no option but to send employees home. Access is needed to our ceiling which requires us to displace employees mid-workday. The urinals

5 stars for Khalilah!!! Any time I have called for help she responds in such a pleasant way (not to mention her beautiful smile!). Every request is important to her and she makes you feel like you are at the top of her list!
I recently had to put in a request to find some items that were moved into storage due to construction. We were not sure where the items were stored and she did not stop until we found them! Thank you Khalilah for being a bright spot in the DynaCom group! We are very grateful for you!

I waited 9 months to post this review, after taking occupancy of our newly constructed 6,200 Sq/ft Suite. The resulting grade is very mixed. For a well established company like DynaCom, the bar should be much higher in so many categories. Huge room for improvement in quality of customer service and execution/follow-through of maintenance requests. Overwhelming Perception/Reality: DynaCom is spread too thin...they have too many buildings and not enough staff to properly serve their tenants, which shows on a daily basis. Trust me when I say multiple tenants in the iMED campus share this sentiment

We have been tenants of DynaCom for over 4 years. Recently, we have had several requests regarding signage. The plaques in the hallways needed to be updated, and when they were incorrect a 2nd time, Nami was extremely helpful. She has been by the office to discuss new layout, before printing them again. Once installed, she stopped by to see how they looked, and followed up with an email to make sure we were happy. She has gone above and beyond my expectations, and I am pleased to be working with a efficient staff member at DynaCom.

Our company rents space in one of DynaCom's Warrenville locations. We recently held a Health Fair, and DynaCom was gracious enough to let us use some vacant office space to hold it. Our fair was a big success and was highly complimented by the team that flew in from our corporate office. Teresa Meza was easy to work with, is punctual and has great follow-thru.

We've been w/Dynacom for about 3 years now. For us - Mari & Brenda were our two go-to-pillars. Both cordial, understanding and always eager to help. But they do wear multiple hats and looks like Dynacom recognized the fact and brought Teresa & Monica on-board to help set focus. Both - Teresa & Monica have truly set a new standard. They are just naturals at helping customers. The level of responsiveness, accountability and quality of experience has improved drastically. Based on our recent experiences with the support team @ Dynacom it was a no-brainer to renew w/Dynacom. Excellent work, folks!
