So after speaking with a handful of realtors in the summer of 2021 we felt a bit overwhelmed due to being told that we would most likely have to pay more then whatever asking price of a property we saw.
That did not sit well with us. We told all contacts we were patient in our search and that we were not really interested in doing so. All rebuttal was that this is how it was and that's how it was going to be.

It was hard working with them. We paid for application fees. We told the guy if we would hear back from them fast as in our circumstance we needed an answer in 3 days. The guy lied and said we’d have an answer quick that the listing agent would be quick with us and that with our income we should be good and get the house that we desperately needed… because we need more room.
