I bought this house sight unseen 3 months ago. First week I moved in, I discovered a few big cracks on the wall in the converted garage. When it rained, the water came in through the cracks. I had a few people looked at the cracks and got estimates on the repairs, range from $14000-$34000. At the mean time, I discovered the AC has been leaking, that contributes to more leaking in that space. Scott is definitely friendly and patient, but I wish I had known about those costly repairs in his report.
