We do one inspection or audit per day, so your inspection is our only priority.
We strive to provide you with a clear and thorough digital report to help you understand the condition of a property. Each report is divided into categories such as INFORMATIONAL, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND HAZARD and includes pic to help you put the findings into perspective to better help you make an informed decision.
Experts say that radon exists at unsafe levels in 1 out of every 15 homes and is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Northeast Tennessee has some of the highest levels of radon in the nation but mitigation systems are highly effective in reducing amounts to acceptable levels. A radon test is conducted by placing an air-monitoring device in the home for 48 hours which provides immediate readings of radon levels.

A+++++ Very professional highly knowledgeable and very thorough. Michael Ray went above and beyond for me he exceeded my expectations. The price was very affordable and competitive. The inspection was full of pictures and very detailed If I need another home inspection in the future I will use him again. If you want an inspector to do the job they are hired for he is you man.

If you need a home inspection done…Michael Is the guy to call! Above and beyond professional..if you’ve ever had a home inspection done, you know how hard they can be to understand but with Michael it couldn’t have been any easier.. the report was amazing and detailed, and very easy to understand… when we were able to cal and talk to him about the report it was past 8pm and he still took the time to go over with us, answered our questions and didn’t beat around the bush! Home Check Inspection was very responsive to my schedule. Michael took the time to walk around to explain each of the issues and offered ways to rectify the findings. The report was quickly produced and easy to use. Identified issues and color coded as safety, maintenance issues, and items of concern. Would definitely use this company again!

My wife and I are first time home buyers and found Michael on google while looking for a home inspector and we are so glad we did! Michael is very thorough with his home inspection.
