A little disappointed after the fact .. I had originally scheduled a 25 minute scalp massage for $80. I then asked to add a hand scrub in addition. Long story short, somehow the whole thing was still 25 minutes, but I paid full price for both. My total was $130, but no time was added on. Didn't make sense to me. I was especially bummed because the massage itself was great. Loved the facility. I just wish I would not have paid $130 for 25 minutes total. I didn't realize it was all 'included' in the same amount of time, until I paid. Wouldn't go back .... :(

I had a wonderful spa visit today. My full body massage was relaxing and well done. I especially liked that they had the heated massage table. The outdoor hot tub and amenities were on par with many resort spas that I have attended. Scheduling was easy and on time.

The ultimate spa experience! Warm greetings, easy process to get started, they offer slippers if you want them and provide a locker as well as a very plush robe. Lemon water is available in the relaxation room and after your spa treatment they turn the steam room on for you. You can also use their other facilities. I suggest arriving early (wearing workout clothes & bringing a swimsuit & regular clothes). Workout prior to your massage, get massaged, sit in steam room, then go for a swim! Shower in their clean, stocked showers. There are some with rain heads! They provide combs, hairdryer

FILTHY throughout. The gym facility is great, but it's so dirty you won't want to touch anything because it obviously doesn't get cleaned very often. Bring anti-bacterial wipes and you'll be good to go. And maybe wear a swimsuit because the heat is always cranking. The locker room is grubby and beat up---stains on the benches. Inside the lockers is disgusting---obviously never cleaned.

After hiking 7 + hrs on Maroon Bells, I was eager to get a massage at Elevation. My therapist, Bri, was fantastic. She knew the anatomy of the body inside and out-- and truly focused on my problem areas, like I had requested. Unfortunately, the spa itself needs some major work. I had issues checking in because the girl at the front desk was swamped, the steam room wasn't working, and the robes were disgusting-- the inside was yellow from sweat and worn out. My service by Bri was great, however the experience was less than satisfactory.

This is two reviews in one: my "deep tissue" massage and the overall spa.
1) The amenities are fantastic. They have extremely comfortable robes, a large spa-like locker room with steam room, and some great cranberry tea made. The table for the massage was heated and very comfortable (although it didn't have a foot/ankle support thing). The sevices are somewhat pricey.
2) The deep tissue massage was embarassing. I scheduled a deep tissue massage, which costs extra over the normal massage. I also asked about focusing on a particular knot in my back. The massage therapist came
